What we need from you:

(and don’t panic, if you don’t have something or don’t know what something is, we can provide you with a template to complete to make it easy!)

  • Images and video (for example of your store, products, team etc
  • Access to your business Facebook and IG accounts via Meta Business Suite (if you don’t have this, we can provide you with details on how to set this up) 
  • Brand guidelines
  • Brand voice 
  • Target market document outlining your ideal audience (we have a template you can follow for this if you don’t have this)

Terms and conditions

  • You must sign up during October or November to secure your spot
  • We will use your current social media platforms: Facebook &/or Instagram (new accounts require extra set up costs) you can choose to do either both platforms or one.
  • 1 post per week for use on Facebook and/or Instagram for January, February and March 2026
  • Includes one round of feedback, to make sure we capture your brand’s voice perfectly
  • All content bulk created, no changes will be made to approved content. You only need to review and sign off once – making it super easy to get 3 months worth of content. 
  • You must provide all your materials by November 26th to ensure your posts are created and scheduled before the Christmas Break
  • To be paid off over 3 months. The first payment is required before the project can commence.
  • Direct debit automatic payments will be setup via GoCardLess
