Monthly campaigns
We will discuss your email marketing needs and determine whether a once, or twice-monthly email schedule is the best fit for your audience and goals. This will ensure your subscribers receive consistent, valuable content without overwhelming their inboxes.
Email automations
We will work with you to understand your objectives and identify the automations that best support your goals, ensuring a strategic and effective approach. We will recommend the top three (or four) email automations to prioritise, along with clear reasoning for each. As a starting point, we always suggest a welcome email flow, this allows you to thank new subscribers for joining your database, introduce your brand to build trust and long-term loyalty, and maybe offer a welcome discount.
The process
Template design
We will design a custom, on-brand email template that seamlessly aligns with your website, creating a cohesive experience that strengthens your brand identity and keeps your customers engaged. Before we begin, we’ll discuss the look and feel you envision for your newsletter, ensuring the design reflects your brand’s personality and resonates with your audience.
Once you are happy with this – we will use this template for all your future emails (both monthly and automations). This template will be saved in your email marketing account for you to use at any time in the future.
Monthly campaigns
We will reach out to you two weeks before your next scheduled newsletter or campaign, giving you plenty of time to prepare your content. To keep things running smoothly, we ask that you provide all copy and images at least one week before the send date.
Once we have everything, we’ll put together your email and send you a test version to review. You will have the chance to make any tweaks before giving final approval. Once you’re happy with it, we’ll schedule the email to go out right on time!
Email automations
We will set up the agreed three (or four) email automations, each with two emails in the flow. For the Welcome Email Flow, we’ll need you to provide the content (copy and images).
For the other automations, we’ll create the basic setup for you. If you’d like to include any additional content, just let us know, and you can provide the necessary copy and images.
